One of the most harmful things you can do to your physical health is to repress, escape or express negative feelings in an unhealthy way. Negative feelings create negative energy, which are stored in the physical cells and energy system of the body. Releasing negative emotions releases energy needed to sustain our life force.
Our body gives us signs that let us know where we are holding onto the energy of negative feelings. Understanding emotions and energy anatomy serve as a blueprint for the process of how to let go of negative feelings. This class will introduce students to the process of letting go of negative emotions, and how to express those emotions in a healthy way.
