Kid's Yoga (ages 9-12)

Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, video games, and competitive sports. These influences can be stressful on our child’s wellbeing. Kid’s Yoga fosters self-awareness, relaxation skills, improves self-esteem, and enhances flexibility, strength and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. In this 6-week series we will use creative relaxation techniques, fun yoga sequences, partner poses and breathing exercises to nurture and inspire their growing minds and bodies.

$75 for the 6-week series OR $15 for single classes, Thursdays 9-10am June 20 - Aug 1 (no class the week of July 4th)
