Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, video games, and competitive sports. These influences can be stressful on our child’s wellbeing. Kid’s Yoga fosters self-awareness, relaxation skills, improves self-esteem, and enhances flexibility, strength and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. In this 4-week series we will use creative relaxation techniques, fun yoga sequences, partner poses and breathing exercises to nurture and inspire their growing minds and bodies.
$50 for the 4-week series, July 25-August 15, Fridays @ 2-3pm (drop-ins are $15)
