Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, video games, and competitive sports. These influences can be stressful on our child’s wellbeing. Kid’s Yoga fosters self-awareness, relaxation skills, improves self-esteem, and enhances flexibility, strength and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. In this 6-week series we will use creative relaxation techniques, fun yoga sequences, partner poses and breathing exercises to nurture and inspire their growing minds and bodies.
In this imaginative yoga workshop we teach simple yoga poses through animal themes, music, and games. Each week will have a different theme, using movement and breathing to increase flexibility while planting the seed of yoga in a creative and approachable way.
$75 for the 6-week series OR $15 for single classes, Tuesdays 9-10am June 18 - July 30 (no class the week of July 4th)
