Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, video games, and competitive sports. These influences can be stressful on our child’s wellbeing. Kid’s Yoga fosters self-awareness, relaxation skills, improves self-esteem, and enhances flexibility, strength and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. In this hour, we will use creative relaxation techniques, fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, dancing and interactive games to nurture and inspire their growing minds and bodies. Your child may be dropped off and picked up after the hour class.
