Yoga for Runners is a practice designed to help runners get more from their running workouts. The 60-minute sequence takes participants through a series of poses designed to open the hips and hamstrings, strengthen the upper body and core, and prevent injury. The coordination of movement and breathe enhances focus. Designed for runners of every level and distance. This is a 6-week course but drop ins are welcome. This class is appropriate for those new to yoga.
