Intro to Yoga Series


This series of 6 classes held on Mondays at 6pm, is perfect for the very beginner, those who have been away from yoga for a while, or anyone who wants to spend more time working on correct alignment or gaining a better understanding of yoga. Each week you will get a handout summarizing the focus of that weeks class including: Two featured asana (postures), movement sequences, pranayama (breathwork), and key vocabulary. Each class builds upon the previous. This course is a safe, fun workshop, where we spend time with each person to find the variation of the pose that is most effective for them. 

$75/person for 6 classes (no make up sessions)
