Ayurvedic Guide to Summer

Ayurveda is often called the science of life.  Ayurveda is also the original mind-body-spirit healing system dating back some 5,000 years.

Come find out how to balance your Ayurvedic constitution during the hot, muggy days of Summer. Learn foods and daily practices to soothe the body and mind.

After the 1 hour presentation, we will have a light Summer Ayurvedic lunch and snacks, free Ajara Ayurvedic mini-facials, and other Ayurvedic products available to purchase, followed by an orientation to our upcoming Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor program, which is starting in Sept.

Join Tresa Laferty, Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Certified Panchakarma Technician and Professional NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medicinal Association) Member.

This lecture will be enjoyed by anyone wanting to learn more about Ayurveda and how they can bring balance to all areas of their life. Handouts on healthy Summer  Ayurvedic tips will also be included.
